TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.               COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be approximately 6700-6800 yards.

3.               DIRECTIONS TO Amelia Island : From I-95 take exit #129 (RT-A1A), go East across the Intracoastal Waterway and follow signs to the resort.

4.               ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Amelia Inn – Amelia Island Plantation ; Resort view rooms $90, Ocean view room $117, Two bedroom villas available $170-$220. Call (800-874-6878) for reservations prior to September 1, 2004 and identify yourself as an FSGA participant.

5.               REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

6.          PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event after 12:00 PM and all day on Friday, September 17.  The cost of the practice round is $45.00 plus tax. Please call (904) -277-5908 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.               PAYMENT: Amelia Island Plantation accepts Cash, Visa/MasterCard or Amex for method of payment.

8.               SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will be strictly enforced.
